A step-by-step system to build a pipeline of warm investor intros, plus a fill-in-the-blank blurb your introducers can forward in 5 seconds.

Hey, Geri here.

A quick reminder of who's writing this: I spent 5 years as a VC at one of the leading funds in Southeast Europe. I reviewed thousands of ideas, sat through hundreds of pitches, and made plenty of intros myself.

So why this resource? Cold outreach to investors barely works. The investors you actually want are flooded with inbound from strangers. A warm intro skips that queue entirely, because it arrives with borrowed trust. And the goal of this resource is to make warm intros easy as a piece of cake. 🍰

But before that…

🎤 A special July offer: Pitch Dry Run & Deck Review

You've got your deck and you know VC is your path. But you get roughly one real shot with each investor, and you don't want to waste it on mistakes you could have caught. So pitch me first. You pitch me live like a real investor meeting, I give you direct feedback in the moment, and afterwards you get a full slide-by-slide deck review plus the investor questions you should be ready for.

July only: (€300) €200 (VAT excl), first 10 founders.

Book your spot.

Now to the resource.

Part 1: Build Your Warm Intro System

Main goals: Map everyone who could introduce you. Build a clean list of relevant funds. Make yourself effortless to introduce.

Map your introducers

💡 Who makes for the best introducer?

  1. A founder in the fund's own portfolio
  2. Another founder the investor is close to
  3. A mentor or advisor in the investor's orbit
  4. Another VC, but only if they genuinely can't invest themselves (wrong stage or sector). If they could have invested and passed you on instead, it’s a red flag.
  5. Service providers who work with funds
