Hey, Geri here,

A few words about me: I spent 5 years as a VC in one of the leading VC funds in SEE. I reviewed thousands of ideas, sat through hundreds of pitches and invested in a number of companies. As of last year I decided to embark on a new journey - sharing everything I learned along the way, and helping founders understand how VC functions so they can close their rounds with less stress and frustration.

If you want to work with me, check how we can do this on my website, or follow me on Linkedin for (almost) daily fundraising tips and VC insights.

Now, back to the topic

So many founders focus on perfecting their pitch deck… and completely forgo their preparation for the investor meeting. And in fact, the deck’s job is JUST to get you to this first meeting - then; it’s up to you to convince the investors that you’ll be the next big thing.

I’d argue that how you appear during a meeting is way more important than how your materials look like.

So, I’ve build a practical checklist to keep you on track with your investor meetings preparation: Save it, use it before every investor meeting, and give yourself the best shot at closing your round.

Good luck!
